Admiring stay
metro station luggage storage personal padlock
The location are convenient, very close to the metro station. The staff watched my belongings in the luggage storage. I did feel safer. Each dorm bed includes a cage for baggage. I brought my own padlock. The room are spacious, clean.
The room did have bad odor of feet and body. I think they should add some freshener. Some persons are entering and exiting the room from 10 PM to 2 AM. Later, things did calm down.

easy access and friendly faces
easy access friendly staff nice restaurants
the rooms were fine for a short stay. the bus stop is super close which makes getting around easy. the staff were really nice always smiling and ready to assist. i especially liked that there were some good places to eat nearby open till late.
i found that the soundproofing wasn't great so it was a little noisy at times. it made it tricky to get a good sleep sometimes. hopefully, they can fix this soon.

the hotel is near convenient public transportation options. a bus stop is just steps away from the entrance. a metro station is also easily accessible within a short walk. this makes it really easy to explore the surrounding area

Bispebjerg S Train station is near the hotel. Skjolds Plads metro station is also close by. I found the kid playground useful. It is on the main floor. The staff was polite and professional.
The light in my bed did not work. Sockets near my bed were also broken. I asked for these issues to be fixed, though they were not. The kitchen was not well-equipped.

I found the location quite practical. It's close to the metro station, a real plus! The family room was sufficient for my needs , and it felt clean. I appreciated the instructions and communication that were accurate and helpful.
The interior seemed a bit basic. I noticed no mirror or pictures on the walls.

The location was convenient. It was close to the metro. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. It.
The room smelled badly. It was very stuffy. The linens had stains. People chatted loudly outside until late. I had trouble sleeping.

A Good Stay!
pleasant attendant clean facilities early check-in
The breakfast attendant was nice and pleasant! Clean facilities stood out during the visit. I really appreciated the early check-in. The staff accommodated our needs. Leaving luggage in the storage was a big help as we explored!
I noticed the rooms were quite small. There was no electric kettle, and limited space for eating. It really was fine just for one night, with no beautiful view from the window.
